1. Working Environment
The working environment at AWS Vietnam is highly professional, tech-driven, yet very open. Team members are always ready to help when I struggle with Cloud services. The comfortable workspace allows me to focus intensely while deploying systems.
2. Support from Mentor / Team Admin
The mentors are incredibly enthusiastic, especially regarding complex AWS architecture concepts (VPC, ALB, RDS) or when I get stuck configuring CloudFront. They don’t just hand over solutions; they teach me how to troubleshoot using system logs.
3. Relevance of Work to Academic Major
The Rookwork project perfectly bridges my university knowledge (React, Spring Boot) with practical Cloud infrastructure on AWS. This experience has deepened my understanding of how real-world software is operated and scaled.
4. Learning & Skill Development Opportunities
During the internship, I learned how to manage IAM permissions and design multi-platform software. Furthermore, the specialized workshops hosted by FCAJ upgraded my mindset regarding security and infrastructure cost optimization.
5. Company Culture & Team Spirit
The team culture is highly inclusive and encourages innovation. During the project’s sprint phases, everyone supported each other relentlessly. This gave me a profound sense of belonging.
